CORPORATE FUNCTION - TETRAPAK - DECEMBER 2010

Lapse of Reason have now played at our Tetra Pak Xmas function for the past two years in a row. 

We were so impressed with them the first time around, we booked them well ahead of time for the next year’s Xmas party. 

It was great to see people get up and dance and enjoy themselves. 

The band wasn’t too loud and played music everyone knew. 

There’s nothing like a live band to make a great evening. 

Justin was great to deal with – thanks guys for making it an evening to remember.

We spent a lot of time perusing the net, hoping to find a band that fitted our criteria and budget. We couldn’t have made a better choice…the guys from LAPSE OF REASON were absolutely awesome.

They have a fantastic selection of songs, they play with real passion, and they were really easy to deal with.

WEDDING - TAMZYN AND BEN - JUNE 2010

Hi Justin,

 

We booked Lapse of Reason for our wedding and to say they were fantastic would be the understatement of the year!

The selection of songs played at the reception were perfect to get the entire crowd up and dancing.

 

They were also extremely accommodating with our requests of songs to be played at the actual ceremony and also offered to play acoustic as people gathered to watch prior to the ceremony which was a beautiful touch to our perfect day.

They were great to deal with leading up to the big day and I wouldn't hesitate in booking them again for another function. A massive thanks to making our big day everything we'd imagined and hoped it to be.

Thank you so much for performing at our Wedding.

Right from our initial enquiry you were very helpful and friendly.
We were truly grateful that you travelled from Hamilton to Whitianga for the occasion.

All of the guys in the band seemed really nice and were very talented and professional.

From your performances it is quite evident that you do it for the love of it and not for the money.

We consider your rates very reasonable.

I am gutted that we were away getting our bridal party photos done and missed your acoustic set but by all accounts from those there this added an great vibe to the reception.

It was awesome that you played a range of music from different eras which managed to get most people up dancing. We received many compliments from our guests about your performance...we had one guest tell us during your set that "Right Now this is the Best Band in the World!! and we even had one guest who tried to play air guitar with the band!!

Following the wedding we received an enquiry from the owner of the reception venue asking who the band was as he had received compliments from his staff. I am happy to provide you with his details if you would like to follow this enquiry up as he also owns the adjoining bar and regularly has live bands playing there.

We wish Lapse of Reason the very best for their future endeavours and hopefully someday we will have the privilege of attending another wedding where you are performing. And hey.. if you are still playing in 25 years time we may even get you to play at our silver wedding anniversary!!

Hi Justin !!!

When Glenn and I were looking for a band for our wedding a friend gave me the website address for Lapse of Reason.


I was really impressed with what I saw and so quickly made contact.

Justin was very friendly and willing to help with all our music needs which made our decision very easy.

I had also heard from many that they were a fantastic band so they were our choice.

Justin was happy to organise the music for our first dance, they played acoustic while guests were enjoying their drinks and nibbles and then when all the formalities were out of the way the band got the party started !!!

The music was perfect for all age groups! everyone was up dancing and singing because everyone knew the words to the great selection of songs.

I have had so much great feedback about our day and night.

So many have said how great the band was and that they really set the scene for a fantastic celebration.

They are a very talented, friendly, and easy going group.

I would definetly recommend Lapse of Reason to anyone who is wanting some great entertainment for a very memorable night.
